Berton Quarter Horses have added yet another powerful stallion to our Gallop Auction line up … Shanes Bake. This gorgeous sorrel stallion stands a powerful 15.3 Hands High, with a baby doll head, long neck, deep heart girth, and huge hip! Shanes Bake is smart, pretty, stylish, and eye catching – everything you need in one package! His blood flows from top producing parents, and he’s following their lead, so far, beautifully. With his incredible talent and top pedigree, it is no surprise that his first offspring are already looking to be future Champions. Shanes Bake is sired by Skips Shane. His dam is a great daughter of Ima Cool Skip, SG April Advantage. He was owned and bred originally by breeders of World & Reserve World Champion Horses, Ellis Quarter Horses. Mike Ellis named Shanes Bake after himself. His nickname while he was growing up was Bake. He was so excited when SG April Advantage got into foal with Shanes Bake, but unfortunately he pasted away before the foal was born. Ellis Quarter Horses kept the resulting foal that Mike Ellis worked a lifetime for. The colt was exceptional and appropriately named, A Legacy in carrying Mr. Ellis legacy on. He now is one of the premier stallions at the Ellis Quarter Horse Ranch. Shanes Bake foals are packed with great looks, solid minds and outstanding conformation with great bone structure. Stallion now stands for $850.00 - Additional Chute Fee: $250. Transported semen is available. Tested HYPP N/H. Mare care, veterinary expenses and/or transported semen fees will be additional. Breed of mare is to be a registered Paint, Appaloosa, Thoroughbred, or Quarter Horse.
