On Killgore Adventures' Wild River Tour, you will see the deepest, most rugged part of Hells Canyon. Their world-class jet boats will take you through the Wild River section, the Natural Preserve area, and all the biggest Whitewater rapids in Hells Canyon. The tour includes stops at the many historical and scenic sites, endless wildlife sightings, lunch, beverages, and a visit at the end of the tour for a swim on the beach.
The tour is six hours long, and stops include Kirkwood Historical Ranch Museum, Sheep Creek Cabin or Bernard Creek & McGaffee Cabin, and the Indian Petroglyph writings. Lunch is provided for you while stopped at the Hells Canyon Dam Visitor Center. Wildlife sightings regularly include big horn sheep, bears, deer, elk, bald eagles, otters, cougar, osprey, and more. You will enjoy the exotic rock formations and spectacular scenery in the Canyon. They usually stop at a sandy beach for wading or a swim at the end of the tour. This tour includes lunch, beverages, water, and an unforgettable fun day.
Guests will ride in our custom 36-foot triple engine or their 28-foot twin engine. Most seats are window seats in the 36-foot jet boat, and all seats in the 28-foot jet boat are window seats. Tours will not be crowded.
